About Salt

SALT is completely independent- owned and operated by people who live in the area. We opened in July 23 after walking past the empty shop daily whilst on maternity leave. We wanted to make the most of the beautiful original windows and fantastic position. We aim for SALT to be a welcoming and calm space with ever changing products. Grab a gift or just a coffee!

You will find Bekah at SALT, with her kids or in the sea and we are so lucky to have stylist Jenny and Interior designer Dawn working with us.

What we love

Beautifully curated lifestyle and gift shop, we love the Nordic hygge atmosphere. Every product is meticulously arranged, creating an environment so inviting that you'll find yourself daydreaming about moving in. We love the coffee counter nestled within, offering a selection of local baked goods. You can grab a steaming hot drink as you explore the shop. What more could one possibly dream of? We also love that they do regular workshops with local artisans.
