About Brightside
Brightside is a fashion-forward retailer for the Millennial and GEN Z customers. We deliver our customers with an engaging experience in our six brick and mortar locations and online, allowing us to be the go-to place for apparel, footwear, accessories, gift and beauty products. Every day we are driven to deeply connect with our thousands of customers, influencers, and brands. Brightside was founded in 2011 by Christie Vazquez, with the vision of connecting with younger customers with a vast yet curated collection of on-trend merchandise. She believed the Baltimore area was lacking retail locations that executed a hip and trendy aesthetic, with contemporary on-trend clothing. Brightside is much more targeted than department stores, allowing them to more effectively serve and connect with customers. We strive to continue this progression and redefine the fashion retail industry for years to come.
