What you will find here is a working port, real lives and an enduring connection to the sea. Newlyn is not a postcard, but then there is beauty in the industrial, in function, in a place with genuine purpose.
You’ll find us here amongst it all, serving the best of Newlyn’s fish right on the harbourside. Argoe is a tribute to our town’s fishing heritage and a celebration of those that continue to fish here today, bringing some of the country’s best produce from the sea to our tables.
Inspired by traditional European methods of cooking, and with a particular focus on fish and seafood, we serve sharing plates accompanied by minimal intervention wines from our taps.
