Batch is a small artisanal company specialising in one product: cookies. And not just any cookie, the generous New York cookie with a crisp outside and a melting middle.
We make cookies every day in our workshop, with quality ingredients. Each cookie is weighed (minimum 165g) and rolled by hand. At Batch we make the most American and XXL cookies in Bordeaux!
