Meet The Owner

Owner Michelle Hoffman’s vision for Preserve blends great food with excellent service, as well as an undying commitment to sustainability, Preserve’s Maryland Green Registry membership, and our local partners in sourcing ingredients, with financial guidance from part owner Matt Hetrick, CPA. Michelle has had the opportunity to work with some of the best restaurants on the East Coast, inspiring her to put the same talent and acumen into her own restaurant in Preserve.
