Our large cafe and showroom sits in a rural location at West Stoke, about a mile outside Chichester, West Sussex. The stunning converted Sussex Barn houses a large range of our furniture, homewares and gifts along with a cafe, outdoor terrace and car park right outside. With national trust walks on our doorstep at Kingley Vale, why not make a day of it? Our menu is freshly prepared with breakfast, lunch and plenty of cake to choose from!

Meet The Owner

A brief intro - I've been pretty much obsessed with interiors for as long as I can remember. My career has involved various aspects of hospitality, property design, building and developing, and I previously ran my own interior design studio having trained at KLC college, Chelsea. Design Vintage started life as a small store on the outskirts of Brighton offering original vintage furniture pieces alongside modern homewares and gifts. The shop was off the beaten track and with only a homemade website it was definitely a gamble! Thankfully I have had the support of so many lovely customers from day one as well as some amazing press coverage and a reputation for customer service which has allowed the company to grow and far exceed anything I had imagined it could be. The journey has definitely not been one for the faint hearted, and the last 11 years have bought with them an all consuming and constant need for hard work and commitment but I am now lucky enough to have a small team of equally dedicated and wonderfully passionate people who have joined this exciting adventure!
