At Silco, we created a social space where drinks and food arrive as equals.
Where there’s a drink in one hand and a fork in the other.
Where flavours become fun again.
Where conversation is easy and friendships are forged.
Where we create the setting, and you enjoy the experience.
In our bar & kitchen, nothing is rushed and everything is made from scratch. We use local ingredients that are free range and ethically sourced from suppliers we know and trust – fresh-caught fish from the sea outside our window, meats from nearby farms, seasonal veg that grows here in the UK.
