between the two of us we have 15 years experience working within the hospitality industry, in some of the best fish restaurants in Cornwall. Joe started his career working in a vegan cafe in Cheltenham, The Core. He trained at the White Pepper Chefs Academy in Dorset and has worked in some great restaurants. He has always loved nature and foraging for the best wild ingredients, discovering new flavours that have been around us the whole time. He moved down to Cornwall 6 years ago and ended up in an award winning fish restaurant in Padstow, where he discovered his love and passion for seafood. Joe is in control of making sure your taste buds are tingling throughout your dining experience. Then there’s me, Jas… I manage the front of house and day-to-day admin. With experience working in a variety of different styled restaurants and roles I love nothing more than building a rapport with clients, ensuring that from your booking to the day of your event you can relax and enjoy your time with us.
