Re Mei is a small restaurant run by a local family.
We find inspiration in our pursuit of the gastronomy of our ancestors, as well as in harvesting our original produce.
Food is the fire of life, and with this we aspire to return to our roots, to remind us that eating has always been an incentive to get together as a show of affection and celebration.
Traditionally and throughout history, people has used the elements that were available to prepare dishes. The same applies to this restaurant; we don't imagine any appetizer and then look for the ingredients, but rather we create our menu based on what we have available at the moment and we use the fresh ingredients that each season generously provides us with.
