Volt was born in 2019 in Soorts-Hossegor, from the meeting of a roaster from Capbreton and a coffee enthusiast, united around a common project: to create a vibrant space by the ocean, combining a roasting workshop with a tasting room.
Our team of roasters and baristas is driven by a passion to share the fruit of their expertise and the human journey they share with coffee producers.
Here, coffee is a true product of its terroir, selected and prepared with respect for both the grower and the consumer.
We choose to work exclusively with green coffees sourced from sustainable and fair-trade agriculture, each scoring 84/100 or higher in tasting.
We work directly with producers, cooperatives, and importers who value fair labor costs and the long-term investment of farmers to support responsible agriculture.
