Meet The Owner

After working for many years in the oldest pastry shop in Paris, Jeffrey is taking his own path. The freedom of liberty, the freedom of expression without restrictions. A pastry chef must be an exceptional technician. You can't play the piano if you don't know your scales. Jeffrey spent many years perfecting his technique, honing his skills. The gesture, a term so dear to him when he speaks passionately about his daily life. But man's emotion has always been contained. This is something he now wishes to fully express through creations that reflect his own character: generous, sincere, open to the world, and free from all constraints. Just the man and his love of pastry, of the craft.
