About Chez Carrie

Our cuisine is a bridge between California and the Mediterranean. Californian creativity meets the excellence of Mediterranean ingredients and a respect for the seasons: the olive oil comes from Kaia, the sourdough bread from Ten Belles, and the vegetables are sourced directly from Ferme de l’Envol, an organic cooperative in Essonne. Animal proteins are used as a condiment, in counterpoint, rather than as the main focus of the dish.
