About Atelier P1
L'ATELIER P1 is a
“new generation” artisanal bakery, at the foot of Montmartre. Brick and cut stone walls, concrete floor, walnut wood trays, the decor is warm and there is music.
All our breads are made with long-fermented, naturally leavened organic flours.
Special feature: the bakery is open to the sales area.
Here you see the bakers working live! A place to live and share to buy bread, pastries, sandwiches or sweet/savoury pies.
Enjoy a gourmet snack from breakfast to afternoon tea, around the large wooden table. Or follow an organic sourdough bread workshop with professionals.
What we love
Nice and cozy newly opened breakfast, lunch and brunch place only 10 min walk from the heart of Montmartre (18th district). Good selection of all you need for a tasty brunch: eggs, roasted veggies, salty toasts, granola, cookies and pastries. Everything is homemade (open kitchen for the curious). The team is as cheerful and welcoming as the food is delicious. You must try their homemade granola which is also sold in little bags if you become an addict (and you will). Veggie options available. Also special tribute to their bread and pastries (the owner is actually the owner of a famous bakery of the 18th district called Atelier P1 which is located in the same street if you want to have a look). You can also order to take away.
