A restaurant with two worlds: it's a playful bistro and an unpretentious fine-dining experience.
In 2021, we spent 9 months at the Payaud farm, LES ENFOURNEAUX, just a few steps from our kitchen. This work as agricultural laborers, being in direct contact with the products, enriched our vision of cooking. We strive to source as closely as possible from local producers.
This immersion strengthened our goal: raw ingredients are the soul of our project; these noble materials are the source of our creative and original dishes, which we wish to share with you.
