"Nonno Leo", yes, that's the name of our pizzeria... But above all, it is a tribute to the queen of the house's grandfather Léo !
This Sicilian pizza maker came to France to pass on his passion for pizza to his family for half a century.
The "queen of the house" - make no mistake, it's not a pizza - but Julia , who with Romain , forms a couple overflowing with enthusiasm and ideas!
After several years in the restaurant and specialty coffee world, they had this latest idea (which, in fact, will certainly not be the last...) to dust off this dish that is at once simple, popular and convivial.
"Nonno Leo", the third generation of this family of pizza makers, has the mission of promoting the real Neapolitan pizza (Vera Pizza Napoletana).
Neapolitan pizza is not a recipe but an art and that is why since 2017, UNESCO has announced that the art of Neapolitan pizza is part of the intangible heritage of humanity!
